Include the app version, iOS / iPadOS version and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send private photos, app passcodes or iCloud recovery passwords.

Which devices and systems are supported?

Supports iPhone with iOS 18 or later and iPad with iPadOS 18 or later. Wider windows add grid columns; landscape viewing and selection controls sit on the right while thumbnails stay comfortably sized. There is no Apple Watch app.

What is included in Free and Pro?

Free stores up to 10 ordinary photos, including Recently Deleted. A one-time Pro purchase unlocks unlimited photos, videos and Live Photos, sharing originals, saving to Photos, encrypted-library import and export, and encrypted iCloud sync. Both plans encrypt your library. Capacity depends on available device and iCloud storage.

Does importing remove the originals from Photos?

No. Import creates an encrypted copy and keeps the original in Photos. Confirm the import and keep a reliable backup before deciding whether to delete the original.

What if I forget my passcode or change devices?

The iCloud recovery password decrypts your cloud library; it does not unlock this device. On first enabling sync, the app generates a 16-character password for you to confirm, copy and keep safe. Other devices need the same iCloud account and password. If you forget the local app passcode, authenticate with Face ID or your device passcode, then confirm a local reset. This does not delete iCloud content. We cannot retrieve passwords or decrypt your library.

What if I forget the iCloud recovery password?

You can confirm erasing the old cloud library and generating a new password under the same iCloud account. The new password cannot restore erased cloud content. Local content on each device stays intact. Other devices stop syncing when they detect the change and must enter the new password before merging again. Exported encrypted libraries keep their original backup passwords.

How do I restore Pro?

Open the Pro page in Settings and choose Restore Purchases using the Apple Account that made the purchase. TestFlight uses Apple’s sandbox: purchases are not charged and do not grant a paid App Store entitlement.

Can I restore deleted items?

Deleted items remain in Recently Deleted for up to 30 days and can be restored during that period. Permanently deleted or expired items cannot be recovered in the app. Original files and independent backups are unaffected.

What should I check if iCloud is not syncing?

Check your Pro access, iCloud account, free space on iCloud and your device, and your network. Keep the app unlocked and check sync status or retry in Settings. Locking stops tasks that require decryption. Do not uninstall to troubleshoot incomplete sync, as unsynced local content could be lost.
